About

Hi guys! Thanks for stopping by.

My name is Danielle Donohoe and I’m a Stylist, Marketing Consultant and Blogger of all things fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

On my little site you’ll find my latest blogs and reviews as well as some info on the various styling and marketing services which I offer.

Styling: From 1-1 or group style consultations to creative styling help for photo-shoots, ad campaigns, business social media accounts and look books. I additionally offer workshops on styling and trends for a range of events and workplace dresscodes as well as hosting duties for fashion shows, events and style evenings.

I’ve been blogging on style and trends for around 5 years and previously owned my own fashion boutique which grew my love and experience of fashion styling and merchandising first hand. Whether it’s a fashion savvy boutique owner who wants some additional creative help with a photo-shoot, a brand who wants my input in showcasing their merchandise in another light or a pleading email from someone who claims to be ‘clueless’ when it comes to dressing up. I love being creative with fashion and trends and always try to have fun with it.

I have a stylist qualification from the British College of Professional Styling – though as every fashion stylist will tell you the real qualifications only come from experience and I’ve been lucky enough to build a nice little portfolio over a short space of time. Including working as a personal shopper with Debenhams for over a year.

I’ve also been lucky enough to have been asked to host, attend and present at various fashion events over recent years, as well as conducting my own style workshops which again I thoroughly enjoy

Marketing advice and planning for small businesses: With a professional background in marketing, a masters in Communication, Advertising and PR and my own experience in navigating the minefield of social media today. I have a great passion and proven success in helping small business grow their brand awareness and achieve new goals with a no-jargon, straight-talking and simple approach. For small businesses where a full-time marketing role is simply a luxury, I can put together a short term, simple plan to meet your needs. Whether that is to start or grow your social media, launch a new product or reach a new audience. My goal is to provide cost-effective marketing tips and advice that can be tackled in house by the business owner of a team member at their own speed.

I’ve worked in marketing in some capacity from my university days in 2008. Over the ten years I went from a marketing assistant, to marketing executive to marketing manager – overseeing the entire marketing plans for the division of that business and management of the marketing team. In order to also fulfil my styling and fashion goals I decided to move to a freelance marketing role to allow myself the flexibility to pursue both my passions.

I have worked with lots of small businesses over recent years from simple consultation sessions where we brainstorm new growth ideas and basic social media setup and advice to more detailed short and long-term plans (no jargon allowed) for the business to develop its own marketing agenda in bite-size, manageable chunks.

I pride myself (wrongly or rightly) in being approachable, informal and speaking to my clients in simple and straightforward terms. Time is precious particularly in small businesses where oftentimes one or two team members are are running the entire show. As a result I’ve found that my clients prefer the clear and direct approach. A two hr consultation filled with fresh ideas, clear planning and access to the right advice, tools and support. Is often many of my clients need to get motivated and re-focused into driving their business marketing forward.

Β To chat about any individual requirements or questions you might have please don’t hesitate to get in touch and I’ll do my best to get back asap.

Anyways – if there’s anything you think I can help you with as a blogger or stylist do get in touch, I’m always open to new opportunities or exciting projects that I can get creative with.

Love Danielle x
